- Create content that exploits, harms, or threatens to harm minors
- Generate violent, gore, or brutal content without legitimate journalistic, artistic, or educational purpose
- Promote self-harm, suicide, or eating disorders
1.3 Weapons and Military Use
- Develop, create, or disseminate information related to weapons of mass destruction or biological weapons
- Generate content for military applications without proper authorization
- Design weapons, explosives, or hazardous materials
- Provide instructions for creating explosives or harmful devices
1.4 Deception and Fraud
- Generate deceptive, misleading, or fraudulent content
- Create fake reviews, testimonials, or endorsements
- Impersonate real persons, organizations, or government entities
- Generate synthetic media (deepfakes) without disclosure for deceptive purposes
- Engage in phishing, social engineering, or scam operations
1.5 Privacy Violations
- Collect personal information without consent
- Generate content that invades privacy or discloses confidential information
- Create content facilitating surveillance without authorization
- Generate content for stalking, doxxing, or harassment campaigns
1.6 Malicious Activities
- Generate malware, ransomware, viruses, or other malicious code
- Create content for cybersecurity attacks, hacking, or unauthorized access
- Develop tools for denial-of-service attacks
- Generate content for spam or unsolicited communications
2. Prohibited Uses
2.1 Competing Services
You may not use RayAPI to:
- Build competing AI API aggregation services
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our Service
- Scrape or extract data from our platform for competitive purposes
- Circumvent rate limits or access restrictions
2.2 High-Risk Applications
Use of RayAPI for the following high-risk applications requires careful consideration and may require additional compliance measures:
- Medical diagnosis, treatment, or health-related advice
- Legal advice or representation
- Financial investment recommendations
- Critical infrastructure control systems
- Decisions affecting employment, housing, credit, or essential services

3. Export Controls and Sanctions Compliance
🚫 Sanctions Notice: RayAPI strictly prohibits use by individuals or entities located in, or affiliated with, countries subject to comprehensive U.S. or international sanctions.
You represent and warrant that you are not:
- Located in, or a national of, a comprehensively sanctioned country (currently including Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, and the Crimea region of Ukraine)
- Listed on the U.S. Treasury's OFAC Specially Designated Nationals (SDN) List or other restricted party lists
- Owned or controlled by persons or entities from sanctioned countries
You agree not to use our Service for any end use prohibited by applicable export control laws, including:

4. Content Moderation

- Account Termination: Permanently disable account and forfeit fees
